About the event
Fisherman's wharf is more than tourist restaurants - take a short walking tour and learn how to buy live anchovies and local seafood straight from the fishing boats. Everyone will have a hands-on experience filleting anchovies and will learn how to make salt and lemon preserved anchovies. Everyone leaves with anchovies! And you'll learn to break down other seafood you purchase straight from the fishermen and women.
