About the event


Some of the best food in the world grows right here on the California coast. Most people walk past it every weekend.


Watch and participate as he prepares a coastal meal over live fire: seaweed salad, mussels steamed in coconut broth, clams dry-grilled right over the grates with a coconut vinegar dipping sauce, and whole rockfish stuffed and roasted over the coals. All seafood is sustainably sourced.


All food and fire are provided. This is primarily a cooking demonstration with moments of participation throughout, so come ready to watch, learn, ask questions, and eat well.


What to expect: Ethical coastal foraging walk with Forager Ambre, followed by a live fire cooking demonstration with Chef Geronimo, ending with a shared meal together on the coast.


Please note: Coastal foraging is seasonal and subject to California regulations. All seafood served will be sustainably sourced regardless of foraging conditions on the day.
