About the event

This is a special food-focused event with Ambre of Flora & Fungi and Chef Geronimo Carlos Ramos whose family is from the Philippines. Learn ethical foraging of seaweed and other beach edibles and then assist in preparing seaweed salad, mussels steamed in coconut broth, clams dry grilled right over the grates with a coconut vinegar dipping sauce, and stuffed whole rock fish roasted over the coals.
