About the event
You'll go out foraging with Mike, a seasoned professional forager and chef. We will meet up and hike in the stunning forests of Salt Point State Park for signs of porcini, chanterelles, hedgehog, black trumpet, oyster, turkey tail and other culinary and medicinal mushrooms. What you learn in this foray will help you take on mushroom season with confidence.
