About the event

Learn about the bountiful greens, edible flowers, burgeoning seaweed that's growing all around us with Maria Finn, founder of Flora & Fungi and author of the cookbook Forage. Gather. Feast. We'll hand over our foraged finds to chef Linda Tay Esposito who will teach us how to make a beautiful Wild Side Yu Sheng Salad and local seafood Laksa over a fire. We'll then enjoy brunch on the beach with wild elderflower sparkling soda or wine. Your mom will love this!
