About the event
Fisherman's wharf is more than tourist restaurants - take a short walking tour and learn how to buy live anchovies and local seafood straight from the fishing boats. Everyone will have a hands-on experience filleting them and will learn how to make salt and lemon preserved anchovies. Everyone leaves with anchovies! Bring a small cooler with ice if you plan on taking fresh anchovies or other fish home with you. It's advised for transporting your salted anchovies at well.
